Hello,
We would like to extend you an invitation to our CAUSE Community Town Hall regarding the Santa Maria General Plan.
We know that the city is embarking on the long and necessary process of updating the city's general plan, and that there will likely be official meetings hosted by the city in the future.
As a coalition of community focused organizations, we think this would be a good opportunity to start engaging community members, inform and hear some of their input as the city begins the process. This event is being organized by CAUSE, MICOP, SBCAN, The Fund for Santa Barbara and many other community organizations. Our hope is to have 150-200 city residents engage in meaningful grouped dialogue about the future of Santa Maria in English, Spanish and Mixteco.
We would like to give you the opportunity to be present, participate and hear what some of the community's concerns and hopes are for our great city.
