  2. SBCAN report: A Community Alert—Risks From Oil Trains & the Phillips 66 Rail Spur Project: Monthly update on status of efforts to convince County of San Luis Obispo to disapprove the project; final report prepared by Jane Baxter for SBCAN to be posted on SBCAN’s website by July 8. (10 min.)
  3. Central Coast Immigrant Rights Coalition: New coalition formed by CAUSE; report on first meeting, which is being held July 8. (10 min.)
  4. Forum on Oil Transport and Transition to Renewable Energy System: Rebecca Claassen has suggested that Food and Water Watch and SBCAN cosponsor a forum, perhaps in September, in Santa Maria. (10 min.)
  5. California Fracking/Oil & Gas Monitoring Project: A summary of this project is attached to this agenda. SBCAN member and Food and Water Watch staff member Rebecca Claassen asks that SBCAN consider participating in this project. (10 minutes)
  6. Community Choice Energy: County and City of Santa Barbara have funded a feasibility study of Community Choice Energy. Apparently the County found little interest among North County cities. (10 minutes)
