Board of Supervisors to consider reaffirming denial of Conditional Use Permit for Mosby Recreational Fields.
County Administration Building, 105 E. Anapamu St., Fourth Floor, Santa Barbara.
Remote testimony from 511 E. Lakeside Parkway, Santa Maria.
The Superior Court set aside the Board of Supervisors' previous denial of this project and remanded the project to the Board for reconsideration. Planning staff will present new evidence and recommended findings. The item should be heard tomorrow, Tuesday, June 23, sometime after 10:30 AM.

SBCAN will testify, as we did several times a year and a half ago, urging the County to deny the project. It is contrary to the County's general plan and would set a terrible precedent of allowing an illegal conversion of agricultural land.
