Comment on our

draft language for the  

Ordinance & General Plan Amendments Implementing

Section 5 (Exemptions) of Measure P

The purpose of this workshop is to provide an opportunity for interested parties and the general public to give input on Planning & Development’s draft ordinance and General Plan amendments that will implement Section 5 (Exemptions) of Measure P, “The Healthy Air & Water Initiative to Ban High-Intensity Petroleum Operations”.

The public is invited to provide input and share ideas on the draft language prior to its consideration by the County Planning Commission.  The draft Ordinance and General Plan amendment language will be distributed via email by close of business Monday, August 4.
