This discussion will help us get a bigger picture of housing affordability plans within these proposals.

John Blair, San Marcos Ranch developer is a long-time local who graduated from UCSB with a degree in Economics.  His extensive experience in commercial real estate led him to found Presidio Capital Partners with Andrew Fuller, and together they have been instrumental in the leasing and sale of many projects on the Central Coast.

Brett Hodges, a 5th generation Californian and has lived in Santa Barbara since 1980. He was the founder of Remedyfind, the first website which compiled clinical trial data and patient ratings for thousands of health treatments. Brett serves as a board member of the Santa Barbara Historical Museum and the Lobero Theatre, where he chaired the theater’s recent 150-anniversary celebration and capital campaign.
