Here is our draft agenda for this Friday's meeting. We will continue our discussion of Santa Barbara housing issues, hopefully with Councilmember Oscar Gutierrez. He has another meeting at 1 PM, so we will have that topic first. Marc Chytilo will join us to discuss several Gaviota Coast issues. And, of course, we will discuss election results and implications for SBCAN.

- Gaviota Coastal Trail Alliance. Mark Chytilo will discuss the Alliance’s efforts to open Hollister Ranch up for public access. He will also report on other Gaviota Coast developments, including the status of the Naples Coalition, progress in open space preservation, recreational facility planning, agricultural projects promoting carbon sequestration, and environmental justice matters.
